Taiwan Court Makes History in Ruling for Same Sex Marriage

LGBT activists in Taiwan celebrated a ruling by the island nation’s constitutional court that granted the right of LGBT persons to marry.  If this ruling is upheld, Taiwan would be the first country in Asia to sanction same-sex marriage.
