Speak Up! Finding Solutions for Healthcare

March 11 at 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm EDT

Free

Are you ready to have your voice heard? We invite you to an enlightened discussion about healthcare, moderated by non-partisan group United Citizen Power. Participants will have the opportunity to explore answers to the question “How Can We Bring Costs Down While Getting the Care We Need?”

This forum is designed to help people deliberate together about how we should approach an issue. Options are presented to reflect different ways of understanding what is at stake in our community and force us to think about what matters most to us when we face difficult problems that involve all of us and that do not have perfect solutions.

You do not need to be a library member to attend. Adults and teens are welcome. For setup purposes, registration is required and can be made online.

Help Us Continue Our Mission

For the past 5 years, Outwire757 has been the voice of the Hampton Roads LGBTQ community by reporting on the events, news, politics, arts, music, and culture that make our corner of the world an affirmative place to call home.

With our advertisers' support, we have been able to offer Outwire757.com and our sister publications, OutLife757 Magazine and OutGuide757, accessible and free of charge.

We are proud that you, our readers, have come to depend on us.

But now, in this challenging world, now we need your support to continue our work.

With a small contribution from you, OutWire757's publications will remain independent, local, and free. And we can continue to help strengthen our queer community.

We thank you for your support.
