Hampton Roads Pride recently announced the theme for the 2016 Block Party and PrideFest. This year’s theme will be ‘Love Unites’ and celebrates the progress made in the past year in Virginia and around the country. Kicking off PrideFest weekend will be the Block Party held on June 17 at the Norfolk Scope with the PrideFest scheduled for June 18 at Town Point Park.
This will be the 28th year for PrideFest in Hampton Roads and is the city’s largest outdoor featuring the nation’s only boat pride parade.
