For the first time, Hampton Roads Pride sponsored a float and encouraged members of the LGBT community to march in Oceanview St. Patrick’s Day parade held on March 19 in Norfolk.

Despite the dreary weather, Hampton Roads Pride added a lot of color and enthusiasm to the annual Norfolk tradition held in the Oceanview neighborhood.
