Downtown Hampton came alive with color yesterday evening as hundreds turned out to celebrate the fifth annual Peninsula Pride celebration.
The event, planned by the Hampton Convention and Visitor’s Bureau, Hampton Roads Pride and Citizen’s Unity Commission featured a film and discussion, complimentary food provided by a sampling of Hampton restaurants, drag performances, music, culminating with an evening boat cruise.
