Members of Hampton Roads Pride Board of Directors and members of Portsmouth Pride braved the cold weather in Richmond earlier to march in Gov. Northam’s Inaugural parade. Hampton Roads Pride was the only pride organization in the state chosen to participate in the parade and joined Equality Virginia in representing Virginia’s LGBTQ community.
