Andrew and I have spent spent the last months divining our crystal ball in an attempt to predict how ongoing pandemic trends will affect us all. After polling our distribution locations and other small publishers across the state, we have decided to produce our second digital-only edition of OutLife757 Magazine in January 2021.
And that’s GOOD news.
Here’s why:
- Our June 2020 digital edition did incredibly well. Just to blind you with a bit of science, our analytics revealed that as of November 30, the digital magazine has received over 8,000 views. That’s double our usual print run.
- This change also offers you an immediate opportunity to place an ad that reflects any new messaging related to the COVID 19 crisis.
- Plus, we are able to enhance your ad with some super cool interactive features, including embedded video, photo slideshows, click to call, and one-click links to email and web. Ask me how!
And the best news is that we have reduced our rates by 50%.
Our deadlines for contracts and artwork are due January 4. As always, we’re happy to work with you on a payment plan or other creative billing options.
We also have many marketing opportunities on OutWire757.com and in our weekly email newsletter, both of which have seen an exponential increase in eyeballs over the past several months.
I hope you’ll join us in our mission to provide the Hampton Roads LGBT community with the news and information they need and want. Or, if you would rather make a helpful donation to support our mission, we’ll acknowledge you and our other donors in our next issue.
We will make a decision regarding the format of the March edition of OutGuide757 and our LGBT Career Fair after the first of the year.
In the meantime, we are so grateful for your support over the years and are committed to helping you and your business. We can see the light at the end of the tunnel and hope to see you out and about in 2021.
