Beautiful weather encourage record turnout at the 31st annual Hampton Roads Pridefest on Saturday in Norfolk’s Town Point Park. By some estimations, more than 30,000 people decked out in rainbows, converged on downtown Norfolk to enjoy a day to celebrate pride, a floating parade, fellowship, fun and entertainment.
