Buzzfeed News is reporting today that two emails sent by Gen. Joseph Dunford on July 17, 2017 to generals of the Air Force, Army, Marines, National Guard and Navy show that President Trump’s announcement to end transgender military service “was unexpected” nor was the General consulted.
