Hampton Roads Business Outreach (HRBOR), Equality Virginia (EV) and the Richmond Business Alliance (RBA) have joined forces to co-present the “Equality Means Business” Symposium that will be held September 7 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Hampton, VA.
The 2017 Equality Means Business (EMB) Symposium is designed for business owners and HR professionals who want to create more inclusive working environments and who also want to grow their business. A majority of businesses know that hiring lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) employees and opening their doors to LGBT clients and customers is not only the right thing to do, but also makes good business sense.
Business owners and human resources professionals from every industry will be able to gain important and valuable information from this conference.
