A little bit of Thanksgiving goes a long way. If you’re like us, you’ll be going a bit stir crazy by Thursday night. Never fear, there’s plenty going on this weekend in the Seven Cities. Here’s your Escape Plan.

Thanksgiving Day Potluck – Unitarian Church of Norfolk

Why spend Thanksgiving Day alone? Please be our guest for a potluck dinner at 2 p.m., on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, Nov. 23 at UCN. Come join us for feasting, reminiscing and counting our blessings. The turkey will be provided by the church (as well as Tofurky for our vegetarian friends) and guests will bring side dishes and desserts to share.If you have partners, neighbors and/or friends who would normally be dining alone, feel free to bring them with you.  To reserve a spot, contact Marcia Slosser at marciaslosser@gmail.com with “Thanksgiving reservation” in the subject line and the number of people in your party. Please indicate if you are vegetarian.
