[PHOTOS] The Community Gathers To Honor Pulse Nightclub Shooting Victims in Norfolk

A group of about 30 LGBTQ community members and allies gathered on the lawn across from the Federal Courthouse Building in Norfolk last evening to commemorate the 49 people killed in the Pulse Nightclub shooting in Orlando. The 2016 attack was the deadliest such attack in American history up until that point. The gathering also honored the 12 victims of the recent Virginia Beach shooting. The remembrance was organized again this year by Sarah Hustead, Connor Norton, and Amy St. George.
