Yesterday evening, the rain and storm clouds held off long enough for the attendees of the Hampton Roads Business Outreach (HRBOR) Pride week cruise to enjoy a sail on the Elizabeth River in downtown Norfolk.
The cruise was sponsored by HRBOR, Upscale Avenues, OutWire757, Coelacanth Brewing, the Red Stapler Duo and The Green Onion. A slideshow from the event can be viewed below.
