New Year’s eve is upon us and many are eager to watch 2017 move into history’s ‘rear view mirror’. Fifth Annual “Naughty by Norfolk” event brought to you by Alchemy Underground. The 5th annual celebration of the NFK legendary Naughty by Norfolk returns for New Years Eve at Toast in Norfolk starting at 9 p.m. Surprises are in store as is a champagne toast at midnight.
