According to WUSA 9 television, a decision from the Fourth Circuit of Appeals is expected to be released soon is expected soon regarding the case of a Virginia transgender teen’s fight to use the boys’ bathroom. Depending on how the court rules could change the way schools nationwide treat transgender children.
